With extensive experience in women’s pelvic health, I assess a wide range of concerns including symptoms of urinary incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and recovery following surgery or childbirth. I am also trained in scar massage and can offer personalised guidance on diastasis recti.
A Mummy MOT® is a comprehensive postnatal check designed to help you understand how your body is healing after birth — no matter what type of delivery you had. It’s a valuable opportunity to address any concerns, gain clarity and reassurance, and set meaningful goals for returning to exercise, fitness, or simply feeling more like yourself again.
Offering 1:1 sessions and small, physio‑led Pilates and yoga group classes designed to support you through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and post‑gynaecological surgery rehabilitation. These sessions focus on safe movement, rebuilding strength, improving mobility, and helping you feel confident in your body again.
I also provide a range of general Pilates and yoga classes, alongside individualised physiotherapy input, for anyone looking to improve their wellbeing, manage pain, or work towards specific fitness or recovery goals.
